Micheal Husk handled the entire situation from beginning until end. He is very knowledgeable and has the ability to explain matters of automotive repair and insurance to individuals that are unfamiliar the complexities involved. In fact he handled all aspects including the rental process and return on our behalf which made the process much less daunting.
