Dan was great. And the whole team kept me updated throughout the process. I will say there was one or two people I talked to that didn’t have any idea of what was going on and probably should’ve been briefed or asked questions before calling or trying to answer mine. The front desk person when I picked up my car that Friday morning also seemed bothered and irritated to be working at the front desk.
