I really enjoyed caliber. The lady that I first spoke with she ok with her customer service. She was nice but acted like I was bothering her. It was a very easy process with dropping my car off and Kelly contacting me. I really enjoyed the constant updates. The repair on my car was above and beyond. The repair looked amazing and they also considered an extra piece that was connected to the piece that was being repaired. Which was amazing to find out. When I picked up my car it was so clean I didn't even recognize it it was so clean. Amazing cleaning. The only thing that did cause issue was im use to shop doing a courteous vacuum in the car as well,bl but I fully understand that is not your job. It does cause issues because the only near car wash places you have to get a car wash to clean the inside and now I can't do that because of the new paint. Another thing that I did not enjoy about my experience is the way the building is set up where the cars go into the shop im not sure even where the shop is it almost seemed like it was a secret where you can't know what goes in the shop which did make it seem shady at first. But over all my main point are I liked the cleanliness the work that was done and the constant updates, but the customer service and secrecy to call it I would say needs work.
