I'm not at all happy with how this ended up. Two things can be made right, but with the third, the damage is done and trust cannot be restored. 1. The front passenger door won't open from the inside. This was not the case when I dropped it off. 2. The hands-free phone button on the steering wheel is gone. Again, not the situation when I dropped it off. 3. I had about $5 in change in the ash tray that was cleaned out. The first two issues are fixable. Things happen. The third involves the destruction of trust. I entrusted my personal property with you in good faith and someone robbed me on your watch.

My enclave on the passenger door with the button to unlock the door doesn’t work and my passenger rim still is damaged from the initial accident, I have a vibration while driving at normal and highway speeds, unsure about any other issues until I do a more thorough test drive like I would at work.

My car was damaged in the back, the initial date were soon, but due to the wrong parts being ordered or damaged (not Caliber Collision fault) it took longer than expected. I had a very important graduation to attend to and they let me know with clear communication that they would help me in the situation due to the expected date interfering with the graduation. They got me out that same day and told me to come back to my sister's graduation was the following week. They really made me happy because they fit around my schedule and apologized for the inconvenience. Real stand up people in at this Millersville Caliber Collision!!!
