The entire staff was great. Always smiling and very prompt. The updates on the work on my vehicle I appreciated very much. They keep their word. Staff was present after closing, on a Friday when everyone is usually not willing to wait. Even then I was greeted with smiles and attentiveness. My rental was ready immediately with easy pick up and drop off. The place is well kept. Easy access. The repairs were unremarkable. Thank you.

Said everything was done Monday, go to pick the vehicle up on Tuesday and he tells me they just sealed the bumper? Bumper was not sealed properly (even though it was complete) they took it back and resealed and gave it to me with yellow tape. Saying it'll be perfect after 24 hrs I take the tape off and it pops back up. Faulty parts exist, but the fact I was lied to my car was done when in reality they did it just before I came and picked up... first and last time going to caliber collision.
