With how poorly of a job that was done id never recommend Caliber for repairs.

Tons of "trash" marks in paint both fenders misaligned hood misaligned giant gap in hood and fender fitment to where I can fit my finger in it. Hood shakes when driving at 55 cause of giant gap. Front bumper under headlight is all scratched and messed up. Just tons of issues with the quality of work.

Excellent. They provide excellent service and keep you updated through out the process. My car looks like new. They also have a great lifetime warranty that covers minor issues should the pain start pealing that is accepted at all of their body shops.

Everyone there was as friendly and polite as possible. Amber did a great job communicating and keeping me notified about the progress of the car. The job shop did a fantastic job on bringing the car back to pristine shape almost as if it was brand new off the lot, and in a timely manner. Communication was great. We had a vacation scheduled a few weeks after the crash and they did their best to have it ready by then. It wasn’t but it was ok! It was done way ahead of schedule and it looks/runs great!!
