Repair quality was great, was very satisfied! Appreciated that when parts came in and they didn’t fit or match they were sent back. There were some scratches on the steering wheel that happened sometime in the shop. But understand that things happen.

The quality of work is very acceptable but I would caution them with the possible wait time after the completion date that is set.

I put a 7 out of 10 due to the time it took for my repair I understand it takes time and parts to show up on time I’m very familiar with the collision industry as I have experience in collision and repair and the logistics involved with the repairs and the time it takes. But waiting for 3 months for my business/work vehicle made it very difficult being so limited with the work I do in carpentry/construction not being able to haul materials and tools to job sites as is expected of me to accomplish and complete the jobs and projects I am required to do in order to make an affective income and or means of living. I understand the wait on parts but the logistical issues and confusion and the lack of communication with the shipping company was out of hand as my truck was ship to a different shop in the caliber collision network to be expedited in its repair process but ultimately didn’t seem to help the process be executed any sooner. But the overall repairs and outcome of the truck’s appearance and drivability I am pleased with thankfully after such a long wait and frustration. And maybe a rental of some sort should be provided at little to no extra cost to the customer if the completion date keeps changing after the initial completion date as the insurgence limits your time with one that is covered. Again happy with the result but not over all due to the time it took and the income lost from being limited to my my work which ultimately I took a hit financially.
