Caliber staff at the Mount Pleasant branch are amazing! it was an exceptional experience. The customer service was outstanding. The text messages were appreciated. The speed of the overall service was fantastic. I would recommend Team Caliber to anyone looking for an awesome company under not so fun circumstances. The deer got the better of my car, but you would never know after the Team fixed up my ride. I just got my car back from the shop and I’m impressed. Not only was it finished WAY faster than they originally thought, but the work looks fantastic! I will definitely bring our cars to caliber for body work moving forward. And Misha at the desk was a saint.

Our truck looks great. I really appreciate the detailing at the end to clean it up. The color matches perfectly. I do wish the repair updates were more frequent. The only issue found afterwards was I got a message saying the passenger side turn signal was not working. I found that the plug to the LED turn signal bar was never plugged back into the socket.

I cannot recommend Caliber Collision in My Pleasant, MI more. They went above and beyond for me. The GM even offered to deliver my vehicle, as I didn’t have a 2nd person to help with that at the time. The vehicle was delivered the next day. What a amazing team.
