The experience was just fine- everyone was very helpful and courteous. We did have to return our vehicle to have the air conditioner fixed, but it was taken seriously and corrected quickly! The communication via text messages daily was great!! Overall we are very pleased!

It took me a bit of searching to find you, because my insurance company (Branch) didn't have you in their database. But I am SO grateful for the outstanding work you did on my 2024 Maverick! And when I pointed out a couple of pre-existing scuffs, Trey took it back and buffed them out and had the vehicle looking better than when I drove it (before it had its unfortunate incident). Thank you!

Mesha was amazing she was on the phone with insurance as soon as the vehicle came in. I had troubles with enterprise even after I picked up the rental vehicle and she was still helping. She’s amazing. Treated me like a true friend and showed she cared. Always kept me up to date. Should be proud she’s working with you guys, major asset!

Got it done very quickly! Nice, clean job, very knowledgeable and really liked the fact that you kept us updated. Just a small suggestion.... double check under vehicles with tonneau covers and make sure you get everything out......out of sight, out of mind 🤣 Gets us all at one point or another. No big deal and quite comical actually, especially since the rest of the truck was so spotless and looked awesome. 😁

They communicated throughout the whole process and while it was only a door replacement and some other minor dings it only took a little under 8 working days for them to fix it! Everything looks and is running perfect as of right now!
