My car is in fantastic condition and I am really happy with the service and quality of work that was provided at Caliber Collision in Mt Pleasant. Wendy was excellent at communicating and making sure that my SUV was in excellent shape when I arrived to pick it up. The team did an excellent job, I will be recommending them to my friends.

I wouldn’t. I feel bad for leaving a bad review but it was so bad that I literally sold my truck which was my baby.

Not impressed, front drivers door did not shut flush to the back door and piece of rubber was jut hanging there like no one took the time to put it on correctly. Rock chip paint was put on way to heavy

I asked for emails / pictures / a call back. Got hardly anything. I never received any emails I asked for. They also gave me a 2 week time line and it was close to 2 months till I got my truck back. They even tried to give me my truck back not fully complete. They didn’t have the black tape next to the window on my drivers door on.

Caliber Collision provides exceptional service! After being contacted by my insurance company, they called me right away to set up service (a deer hit my car). They kept me updated about my car, and made it easy overall! The staff were so friendly and answered all of my questions. This is the second time utilizing them for services and I will continue to recommend!
