We had mentioned multiple times that we think something is bent with the tire. We continue to be told that is not the case, but when looking at the vehicle something is not correct. Whether it is the tire or something else, you can see where things are not lined up properly. As an example the back hatch has a larger gap where it closes on the side with the damage than on the other side. So why is it not even? What is not lined up properly? We also noticed the edge of the door is still bent in and there are still scratches on the light.

We brought our car in for what we thought was a pretty minor repair. I'm glad we did as the repair ended up being almost $3,000! The team was quick to scheduled our estimate and had us in and out quickly. We also appreciated that they didn't take the car from us for the actual repair until they had everything they needed, which means they only had it four days and it was done on time. The car looks perfect after repair and we're very happy with the service we received.

I hit a deer and Caliber dealt with the insurance company, extreme friendly and knowledgeable staff kept me informed throughout the entire process, and completed my repairs all within 8 days. And, a holiday weekend was in the middle of that 8 day stretch. I highly recommend Calibur!
