Michelle and Amanda were so nice and informative. The both were the best, God forbidding if I have an accident again they would be the reason to come back to Caliber. Customer service was excellent.

The owner and management had to get involved in order to get my car back to me. Management was great and the lady who works the counter was also nice, but the txt messages were a complete failure. My car was two months overdue from the completion date and we needed more communication when there is that big of an issue.

The wait was worth it. The repair job took longer than expected (and I'm really glad I didn't go with a rental car), but I'm really pleased with the work done. The paint match is spot on. The details for the parts needed were expertly matched. The staff communicated every step of the way. While I hope I don't need to use this company again, I am happy to refer them to anyone in need of auto body repair. Good to know expert folks are happy to help and get the job needed.

Repairs were completed on time. I really like the text message system that kept me updated. The staff were so nice and helpful. In fact, the receptionist had her car in for repair and she let them use the tail light meant for her car on mine so that my repairs would be completed on time. What a caring and outstanding employee who exemplifies customer service.

Really great customer service. I like the texts and being able to respond. One of the receptionist had her own Mazda CX-5 in for repairs, and she let the shop use a part meant for her car on my car to get the repair done on time. I hope she gets recognized for her great customer service.

When my wife turned in the keys, the person she worked with was irritated because my son did not bring the car as we had told her he would on the phone. I know she was concerned that my husband, who was sick that morning, might have Covid. I thought it was ironic that she was concerned about our family passing on Covid yet she wasn’t even wearing a mask!
