In all my years in Murrieta I have always used faith Auto body as they are very accommodating and customer focused by addressing the customer needs. This time I was told by my Insurance that they are no longer a direct shop so I tried your facility. Your people are nice, work is good, but you guys did not go above and beyond to take care of what I asked. But in return I see so many extra items that my insurance was billed for that I don’t think was necessary. I see frame work listed. This was a fender bender in a parking lot. Speeds were less than 5 mph. I don’t think that I had frame damage as a result of this accident.

Manager Mark was professional and reassuring at a difficult time. It was because of him, and how he communicated with me, that I chose Caliber. I think you could improve details before pickup, example, carpeting should be protected from the workers feet. The details matter to me. Otherwise, good job. As I have not used the car yet at high speed, I am hoping everything goes well.
