The entire staff did an outstanding job with communicating at all phases, and the body work was fantastic. Couldn't tell that it was in an accident. Eric did and outstanding job in keeping us informed on what was happening. The vehicle was cleaned better than new. Great job from everyone.

Excellent service and communication. We were in a bind due to the fact that I had to go out of townfor a family emergency. This would have left my wife without a car. Caliber Collision Did an Excellent Job in Getting my wife's car back to us before I left. They are truly an extremely great. We would not hesitate if needed to go to them again. Again, work was clean and it looked like nothing ever happened. Downside was it took much longer than anticipated based on what we were originally told. The date was extended multiple times and each time we had to be the ones to call and communicate extentions with the rental car company, which got extremely frustrating at times. Once on a Monday (after it had already been in shop for 2 months) , we were told it was being welded and should be painted by Friday....it was another 3 weeks before I finally got it.

Yes, I originally went to the collision Caliber collision on 17 s Highway I had a very bad experience.so I came back to the place. I went to once before when I had an accident the caliber collision on 501. . I just have to say that it was a very gd experience. They knew that I need to get back on the road as a driver. I was very happy when they called me today. It was only 10 days even though it seemed long for me. It looks like they did a great job. I don’t hear any other sounds from the muffler, and the three people that helped me out were exceptional each one of them. The receptionist Angela was very nice and respectful she gave me her undivided attention and followed through..Royce was great ASWELL we met previous he’s very professional and Rick the general manger who oversees was great ASWELL I hope it doesn’t happen again but if I need help I know where I’ll go again!! 5 Stars!!
