The overall experience was good, but the lingering paint smell in my car was horrible. I have gotten a car repaired before at a shop and never did the paint smell linger like that for days.

My accident happened on April 12th, I was really shaken up and was very concerned about my vehicle. After all it was the first brand new car I ever bought and seeing her damaged definitely hurt. The minute I walked in the door I had met Jeanette who helped put my mind at ease. She then introduced me to Angie the estimator who did a fantastic job. She was very thorough and answered all my questions, her communication skills were amazing with texting me updates as they made themselves available. It really put my mind at ease, they even went as far to make sure enterprise was there with a rental car. The whole time everyone was so professional, kind hearted, and compassionate. It gave me reassurance after our conversations that the repairs would be done right and in a very timely manor. When I went to go and pick up my vehicle I was astonished with how amazing it looked, it was breathtaking and I must admit I did tear up a little. I highly recommend this place they helped put my mind at ease and I'm sure if your in a situation where you need your vehicle repaired I would highly recommend them. Thank you Angie, Jeanette, and the general manager Andy for running such a great caliber collision I hope I won't need to bring my car in, however if I ever do I know where I'm coming.
