Everyone was absolutely amazing!! From the moment I walked in at my first appointment to the moment of pick up the team was very patient and understanding with me. Kristi made sure I stayed in the loop with in depth updates about my car which I was very grateful for. The entire team was very professional. I dealt with the office and TJ. They were prompt and helpful in answering my questions. The car was there longer than I was initially told, but I understand that it can take longer and I was kept up-to-date on the progress of the repairs.

Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. We had forgotten some stuff in the car and they got it out when the vehicle was brought to the shop. We were well informed about the status of the car and the car was done on the day they had estimated it would be done.
