The staff at Caliber was fantastic. Parts were ordered almost instantly by Angela and installed in under an hour. Andy reached out 24 hours after the repair was complete to check and make sure that everything was working properly. Will be a return customer, and highly recommend Caliber to anyone who asks.

Both Jeanette and Angie, our contacts at Caliber, were very courteous & informative. They conveyed a sense of trust & care, followed through with what they said would be done. Right down to pick up time of the vehicle they paid attention to detail. The gentleman that handled the "detailing" & last minute prep of our vehicle was also committed to getting the job done right, & he was also friendly, & very personable. This repair was as a result of a crash & as such, the repairs were ordered as a result of the other parties insurance carrier. However, having had such a positive experience with folks at Caliber, going forward, if any repairs are needed in the future, we will certainly come calling.
