I saw excellent reviews on Google with Caliber Collision. The Enterprise representatives also spoke very highly of the shop. From my initial phone call with Janet, at the front desk, the customer service was amazing. It’s easy to get to, doesn't have an overcrowded lot, and inside was neat & clean smelling. There’s a pleasant vibe with a coffee station. Angie, the insurance adjuster, was detailed, explained the process, kept me updated with the status of my repairs via text and calls. She took the time to listen to my needs as a customer and went above and beyond to get my car fixed. The repairs were done much quicker than expected. The process was smooth & they offer a lifetime warranty on repairs. I am impressed with Caliber Collision and would recommended them to everyone. Thank you so much!

The team at Caliber were incredible throughout my whole experience. From the first phone call to set up the appointment for an estimate to pick up after repairs were complete I couldn't ask for a better experience. Angie communicated with me daily through text and phone calls. They called Enterprise and arranged pick up and drop off of the rental while my vehicle was being repaired. No question was too small or silly during the process. Should I find myself needing to get additional collision work in the future I will definitely be using Caliber again specifically the team at the Nazareth location. Thanks again Angie and team. You guys were phenomenal.
