My car took 2 1/2 weeks to be repaired. I was told that the wrong part was sent three times and then the part was lost. I would prefer to never use caliber collision to repair my vehicle again because of the inconvenience that not having a vehicle for 2 1/2 weeks caused. I was told that it wasn’t caliber collision‘s fault. It was the company that sends the parts. I would strongly suggest using someone else to get your parts if they sent the wrong part three times and then lost the part to my vehicle. The damage to my vehicle was from a small fender bender. I would hate to see how long it would take to repair a vehicle with major damage.

Most likely. The experience overall was good. The location is good. The customer service was outstanding. Everyone I talked to or dealt with was professional and polite. I know parts can be back ordered and wrong parts can be shipped, that is not a deterrent to a recommendation/referral.

I've had a few issues with my car repairs. It took really long due to some parts issues. I had to pay OOP to extend the rental car past 30 days. I picked up my car with a part still on order. As I drove out of the parking lot I immediately I heard a loud rattling noise in the front left. And the car's front end alignment was off, pulling to the right. Turns out they missed a damaged strut in the front left because when they disassembled the front there was no visible damage to the wheel well. No front end alignment was done. The noise in the front left got worse with every bump. I took my car back to and was told it was normal wear & tear despite the strut had not been a problem before the deer. Also the aftermarket front bumper cover buckled on each side. I was told they would replace that with a manufacturer's bumper cover. I had to pay to replace the front left strut that should have been covered by insurance.

Customer service has been outstanding. Angie and Kristin have been helpful and apologetic for some of the issues. There was an issue where no one called me that the car was ready to be picked up and Angie handled it. She also sat down with me and showed me pictures of my car disassembled. She has been professional, knowledgable, and empathetic. Angie has been excellent to work with.
