Would i recommend caliber to people. YES they treat you with respect. And tell you everything. They don't hold nothing back. And they keep you informed during work. They are the best at what they do. All the employees at Nazareth. Where helpful, friendly, and kind. I like to thank them for everything they did

I took my car in on 3/11. Told me i should have my car back either 3/13 or 3/16. Get a text from caliber my estimated repair should be complete by 3/20. What?!?! Called oh no those are automated only texts you should be concerned about are the ones from TJ. On 3/17 i get a text from Kristi my grill was damaged. Ok i was supposed to have my car back in 2 days and you’re just telling me grille is damaged. Should be in Wednesday. I call and Kristi says oh the wrong grille came in it should be here Thursday . Now she just sent a text Tuesday saying it was damaged. Now what is it damaged or wrong. Lies don’t make for a good business. And that automated text i received about be ready on 3/20 was correct. More lies. Had i know it was going to take 9 days Inwould have gotten a rental car. Then i got an estimate of $845. They call and said it’s going to be $1400. $600 off and they never call my ins company with the estimate. This was the first time and probably the last that’ll I’ll be using caliber

The folks at Caliber/Nazareth were so kind, and when I picked up my car today, it looked Brand New . They kept me informed all along the restoration route, so I never had one bit of worry. They were consistently helpful and friendly. I am so glad they were recommended by my insurance company. I will recommend them to others. A+

I am for the most part very happy with all the work only sm issue is where the cover for tow hook goes on front bumper is not in correctly and not flush with bumper I will stop back on Monday March 16 and see if anything can be done. But I would give Nazareth Caliber a 5 star rating

There is one sm issue I have with the cap on front bumper where a tow hook would go it dose not fit properly and dose not sit flush
