I was kept informed throughout the process, which I appreciated. However, after the door replacement, I am now noticing wind noise and air coming through the door that was not present before. I will bring the vehicle back for inspection, but I would have preferred if this had been tested prior to me picking up the the car.

Seemed to be much co fusion when rescheduling my repair. Also received 10+ calls asking when I would be taking my car in. I stated each time, I had to reschedule and they continued to call. Once I called to schedule my repair the local office could not find my information and was out on hold too long to wait. Finally called back to my local office and spoke with someone who could figure out the problem. Too much communication then lack of communication between corporate and local Caliber.

Trim not flush on top edge of rear passenger door, that was replaced. Trim sticks up about 1/8 inch.
