We can see a slight difference between the repaired running board compared to the undamaged one. Since our running boards were not available anymore then we feel like new ones should have been ordered and placed on our van. We will contact club car wash and inform them of our dissatisfaction.

The team at Caliber did an outstanding job of repairing my vehicle. They kept in touch with me, giving periodic updates on the parts ordered and delivery of them. The final QC check showed another issue, which the team advised me of promptly and ordered the needed part. Great customer service and communication!

Josh, I want to thank for doing a great job on repairing my Chev Tahoe. It looks like new. The paint matched perfectly and I really appreciated the timely updates. Josh assisted me in explaining what needed to be fixed on my car. I will definitely let people know what a good guy Josh is when someone mentions their car is needing repairs.

The repairs look good, I did see blemishes in the new paint but not a big deal. My main concern is the car was supposed to be detailed on the inside the insurance paid for it the seats and carpet were not cleaned and you can see cleaner overspray all on the windows, very disappointed in the interior detail

The repairs were satisfactory but when I received my car, the cover on the underside of the vehicle had been tied on and when I backed out of my driveway it ripped off and now is hanging from the bottom of my car. I cannot drive my car now even though I just got it back.

They did a phenomenal job repairing my Volkswagen Atlas. Larry was the one who helped me throughout the process, and he was great to work with. While a few unexpected issues came up that extended the timeline, I really appreciated how well he communicated. He was very thorough in explaining what was being done and the reasons for any delays, and he kept me updated regularly. Everyone I interacted with was courteous and professional. Even though the timing didn’t go exactly as planned, the level of transparency and care made a big difference. I’m very satisfied with the overall experience.
