There is still a sensor on the rear bumper that is not working right and it took over 15 days longer than was promised. Truck was not aligned either

The Caliber team, from the welcome at the door through all the relevant body work, adjustments to sensors, cleaning up the car, and communications with the owner were professional and courteous.

We were going out of town while the car was being repaired. This was no problem, even when the car had to be stored for a couple of extra days. When we were going over the body work when we came to pick the car up, we saw something irregular and brought it to their attention. They took it right back and adjusted it while we waited. Terrific customer focus.
