Communication was great with Caliber. They worked swiftly to completion and did it with great quality. Friendly staff that greeted me the times I was in the building and answered any questions I had. Hope I don’t have vehicle problems again but I’d be more than happy to take my vehicle back to Caliber

My experience was a unique one. One part I needed was on national back order and there was no ETA for getting this part let alone my car back! Brandon in Norman OK was amazing!! He never gave up until he found that part and he was always in contact with me keeping me informed on the status. I hope I won't need anymore claims services in the future, but if I do I'm going to request my insurance send to Caliber Collision!
