The repair done to the vehicle was great. Doesn't even look like my car got hit.

Had to call multiple times to get updates on my car. Even from the start the issue between them and the tow truck company was ridiculous. You would think they have some kind of after hours drop off procedure and it doesn't seem like they do. They staff were all friendly but communication was garbage.

Brandan Wilkerson did such an amazing job. Took the time to make sure I was completely satisfied. Brandan and Kim even stayed late so I could get my truck back. It would have been a few more days if they would’ve do that. I am extremely impressed with Caliber Collision on a customer service level as well as a product level. I drove out of my way to use Calibrr Collision and I will do it again.
