I had to go back four times and each time something was wrong or not fixed correctly. There was brand new pieces that were broken. There was damage in other areas from the technicians after my car gets fixed to how it should be I am never using caliber collision again one of the worst experiences I’ve dealt with from a body shop the spare tire wasn’t bolted down in the back and it was rattling around. There was pieces missing from the jack in the back where the spare tire sits. Extremely disappointed.

Mr. Chase was awesome, he answered all my questions about the process afterwards and even helped me out with switching the toyota logo from my old tire cover to one of mine that was missing it! I'm so glad it didn't just get thrown away, and he felt the most friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The lady behind the desk was also helpful when figuring out the insurance check stuff, and she looked for my lost keys when I texted her on a whim!
