Next time please call the day before to say the car will be ready I was charge an extra day for rental because I wasn’t in town when I got the call to pick up my car

The car wasn't repaired after 18 days at the shop. The mechanic and another person at the shop named Lewis gaslighted me into thinking that the droning noise I was hearing while driving was just road noise. After further inspection, it turns out it might be something to do with the wheel bearing. The total repair on my vehicle was around $10k and is being paid for by my insurance. I expect the car to run well without any issues, but I guess this was too much to ask for. Hopefully, the issue is fixed soon, but so far, even though I was asked to pick up the vehicle, the repair wasn't completed on time and should have never been given back to me in its current state.
