Many promises were made that were not met. Car was not returned to us with all the work complete. Several potential quality issues and mechanical issues that most likely need rework.

Getting frequent reports is laudable. However the reports gave me incorrect information. The people were very polite and nice but we're not as helpful as we needed. Quality of the repairs was not acceptable. Serious rework is needed.
