I dropped the rental car off at the time of pickup of my car once it was ready, and it was in good condition. The next day Enterprise told me there was damage to the car and sent me a bill for repairs. This courtesy should never be allowed if a proper walk around of the car is not done. I will never use this collision center or Enterprise again.

deidre is so kind and welcoming at the front desk. franklin is always a delight- he takes great care of me everytime someone hits my car (it’s been 3 times now!!) victor kindly walked me through every repair that was made. he told me if i have any issues to bring my car back. he made me feel safe and i appreciate all three and the unseen staff there who took care of my golf.
