The car looks great and their customer service is top notch. The first time I came in they did what they could to make a brutal situation much more manageable for me, and so when this new situation happened I gladly came back and got my car fixed again in a friendly and timely way. They even dropped me off at my house after I dropped my car off. Great bunch over there.

I picked up my car to take it for an oil change and they found leaks that were apparently ignored by this shop. I got into my vehicle and immediately smelled fumes. It took my oil change person outside your shop to point this out. The shopped fixed both got paid and my vehicle is not in working condition. So that means you got free money . This will be rectified as you were supposed to do a diagnostic for the mechanical issues as well not just the body work. I dropped my vehicle off to you guys with no leaks and it was returned with leaks .

My experience was very positive. Check in was easy - Jess was outstanding. The car was finished at least a week early and the repairs were perfect. When I came to pick up my car, Jess noticed a few nicks, not related to the accident and graciously offered to fix them since they still had the paint from my car repair. One of the most positive experiences I’ve ever had especially since it came during a stressful time. And a thank you to the technician who did the touch-up work.

Being in an accident is already traumatic, so it was so nice to be dealing with Caliber. The intake process was easy with Jess. She was professional and thorough. My car was done a week early and everything was fine. Jess even went the extra mile when she noticed some minor dings on the passenger side (completely unrelated to the accident) and offered to touch them up since they still had paint from the repairs. I can’t remember when I have had a more pleasant experience with a business. Highest Recommendation!
