Technician Will at Caliber Collision in Berlin, Maryland was great. He took time with me, explaining everything that he would do on my car, spoke to my insurance company, and kept me updated on the progress of the work on the car and he notified me immediately when a part for the car was out of stock and that my original finish date had to extended and the date after that was on target. He is s fine young man and Caliber should be thankful for his working for them. Ronald Jones.

Caliber was on point and on time! I’ve never dealt with an auto repair shop as efficient as caliber! The communication was excellent. Nate was always available to answer any questions as we all as professional and kind! The cost was exactly what they told me with no surprises! Not to mention the work that was done was impeccable. My car was returned to me, clean and washed and looks sparkling brand new. I am very pleased and highly recommend Caliber to everyone!
