Several ongoing issues, shop is not taking accountability for issues that have arisen from repairs.

While Nathan was very kind during the repair period, we had issues arise immediately upon receiving our car that did not exist prior. Namely, there is air coming in through our windshield. His stance is that it is likely “pre-existing” despite it quite literally not existing before. Alignment seems off. Car is just different than before the accident.
