Completely dissatisfied since I walked in the door, absolutely dissatisfied after seeing the finished results. Repair shop took their time as well to start the repair causing me more money in rental fees. Will NOT recommend them to anyone and am filing complaint with my insurance company!

aside from the office manager - ms tammy - it has been a long time since i've encountered employees who appear to have such a void in understanding the concept of "customer service". ( i believe one gentleman's name is levi and the other sits in glass cubicle next to him) i found their inability to focus on what would be helpful to me versus showing they're superiority and their overall attitude quite appalling.
