I was very concerned about the integrity of the work completed on my vehicle. I chose to use this shop as it was a select service provider recommended by State Farm agency. When I took my vehicle in for repair, I stated to the staff that the body damage was mostly evident but took them to the car and showed them the concerns I had with the exhaust being pushed into the wheel well. I was concerned that damage may have been done to my tire as well. The first time I went to pick my truck up, after it was "finished", i refused to accept the work as completed. The wheel well was still pushed into the tire and could be felt rubbing. I don't know how they were able to replace the bumper and the exhaust but somehow missed the other damage. It just made me wonder how much investigation for damages actually occurred. When I asked about the

When I asked about damage to my tire, the response was were you concerned about that? Even though I specifically told them I was worried about damage from the exhaust rubbing. I drive a lot of miles for work a year, and this is my work vehicle. I wanted to leave there feeling everything had been checked out and problems repaired. Steve at the front desk was great... The estimator Josh which I won't do Business with is not a people person. I ask for someone else. This person was very nice. He's new at estimating ( trainee )... I can't remember his name but he gets a 10 as well.
