The staff were easy to communicate with. Starting with Jenn, Will, Mike and Nathan. They offered suggestions on how to keep my costs down while I was still able to get the finished product I wanted. They were able to give me a quality job as promised in a reasonable time period.

Very disappointed in dispense suspension and nobody took that car out for a test drive before I picked it up. I asked to have another car appraised for bodywork. I got blown off every time a pathetic job.

From start to finish everything went well. Nathan provided up to date detailed information regarding my vehicle repair and excellent communication throughout the entire process. Upon pick up, Nathan took time to inspect my vehicle with me and reviewed repairs performed. Top Notch Customer Service!! Also Jenny was a wonderful representative of the company. She was the first person to greet me and reviewed the repair process. She displayed great customer service skills and efficiency when completing necessary paperwork. The Ocean City collision center was very responsive to correcting the poor job done at the Salisbury center. Nathan in OC had to redo the repairs and did a beautiful job. . I don’t think OC should have suggested I flatbed to Salisbury and I would never allow it again.
