Did a good job on repairs however communication skills could be better. Was told originally it would take 2 to 3 weeks which was fine however got my hopes up when they said it would be done on a Friday. Then it got moved to Monday, the it got moved to Tuesday, then it got moved to Wednesday. As most people are need a car for my work and I had planned out my week as if I were to have my car back as I was told, had to move a lot of things around due to the communication skills and the lack of updating when I was told I would be updated and never got calls returned. I completely understand that things happen in delays occur however, maybe don’t say it will be ready one day and then keep prolonging the date. Maybe just something to work on…

Could possibly have better communication skills when it comes to updating me about the timeline for my car being finished. The date had been changed three or four times and my schedule had to get moved around as I had planned to have my car a certain day and was not able to get car on said day.

The service was fast and the end result was good. The team that we spoke with was very kind and helpful. The only complaint is that there were no updates during the time they had the car. We were told updates were Tuesdays and Thursdays, but did not receive any. It wasn't a big deal because they only had the care for a week and it was completed by Thursday. Overall, everything was good.

Everyone was so professional. The service advisor explained the whole process upfront gave an estimate of how long the entire process would take and kept me informed every step of the way. I thought getting the parts for my repair would be a problem because my car is old. But that was not the case. I was given a two week estimate for the repairs but they only took four days. I was so pleased with the repairs and the entire process. I would definitely recommend Caliber Collision to all of my friends. My car looks beautiful again.
