Your estimate told me that the repair would not only fix the dents, but also straighten out the misalignment of the trunk lid. That work would/did cost $565. When we came to pick up the car, Glen pointed out that they couldn't completely realign the trunk lid so there is a slight misalignment on the left (drivers) side. Glen then said to get perfect alignment that would require a new trunk lid which would cost $700. Had I been told at the time of the estimate when I was deciding what to do that my choices were to fix the lid and have some risk of misalignment for $565 or replace the lid with a brand new one for $700 I would have chosen the new lid. Unfortunately I was not told about throat option or that there was a risk the existing trunk lid could not be straightened. That is my dissatisfaction. The work that was done and the service was very professional, but I am not "completely satisfied".
