The AI generated messages were inaccurate and deceiving. I thought the text messages were an accurate reflection of the state of repairs and anticipated completion. Completely inaccurate and off by at least two weeks

The bumper was a different color of the vehicle. The hood was also not aligned which was very obvious.

After speaking with Rick he was very pleasant to deal with. Nater, the "Service Advisor ", was the worst ever. His condescending tone from start to finish made me regret trying a new provider..not to mention having to leave my vehicle to get the hood adjusted which Stevie Wonder could see it was off. There is something wrong with the paint around where the repairs were made so I am going to have to deal with this unfortunately again. Very disappointed after the recommendations I received to go there.

The repairs to my car and Nader were great. However it took a very long time (longer than the original estimate, that I was told was the very longest it would be) and when I received my car back it had dark fingerprints all over the headliner fabric. My car also had deep indents in the leather seats. I called Nader to report this and he was very receptive and apologetic and told me to bring it back it. However I feel the repair team should take steps to prevent these from happening. Overall not a bad experience but could have been better.
