Alyssa was very punctual and concise in all her communication thru the repair process. And she made sure we were totally satisfied before leaving with our vehicle when repairs were complete. We had a great overall experience!!

Alyssa was awesome to work with. Very punctual and communicative. But we have been disappointed with the finishing touches on the repairs. Shortly after we left with our vehicle, we had to return because the door was rubbing at the hinge seam. When we arrived home 4 hrs north of Caliber, we discovered the composite fender trim piece had popped off. We’ve also recently discovered that the fan often doesn’t shut off when we turn off the car and takes a few cycles of the key before it will. We’re not one to give bad reviews or cause a fuss but we’re pretty disappointed in your attention to detail and quality control.
