My repairs took significantly less time than I was quoted which was a very pleasant surprise. All staff I encountered were professional and friendly throughout the process. When picking up my vehicle the staff took the time to explain what was done to my car and answered all questions I had.

They kept me fully apprised throughout the entire process, the ups and the downs- eveh the hurry ups and waits. They took the time to really explain things to me in detail, and repeatedly went back over everything until they were certain that I not only understood the process but also my potential options. I am a single Mom of three kiddos and am completely comfortable driving my car now that they have gone through it with a very fine tooth comb.

Wasn't pleased with the length of time it took to fix a front bumper nearly 2 months. Then one problem after another, first the paint job was the wrong tint, then the get it back together and find a bent part that had to be ordered, then I had to have my car calibration done 3 time, then to top it all off they held my car for ransom til I payed for a new battery which I don't completely understand, all and all the customer service was OK, but I don't think I will use this business again
