Wasn't pleased with the length of time it took to fix a front bumper nearly 2 months. Then one problem after another, first the paint job was the wrong tint, then the get it back together and find a bent part that had to be ordered, then I had to have my car calibration done 3 time, then to top it all off they held my car for ransom til I payed for a new battery which I don't completely understand, all and all the customer service was OK, but I don't think I will use this business again

Your company would not allow me to pay in cash. I think thete is a law stating any debt incured in the US must be able to be paid in cash as well as other forms of acceptable payment.

I didn’t have any issues with the shop. Unfortunately my headlights were discontinued but the shop did their best to get me something I’d be equally happy with. I opted to find some myself. I appreciated the shop’s continued communication throughout the entire process.
