They worked with me well and although there was miscommunication with the online scheduling, the receptionist worked hard to make the process go smoothly. All the staff that I engaged with, including the repair guy, was positive and informative.

Caliber collision is the BEST!! The staff is amazing super easy to work with and even more friendly!! Huge shout out to Matt!! He was there every step of the way as we figured out how to get my car fixed when it was previously done by Payette collision. Matt went above and beyond to make sure I was completely taken care of!!
