Everyone was very friendly. Service was prompt. The technician, I think it was Stuart, was honest and informative. My questions were all answered. The vehicle also was fixed quickly. So far it appears the quality of the work is great; it looks just as good as it did before.

The repair was finished before expected date. I was always informed on how the repair was coming along. Staff were very helpful and friendly. My only complaint is the same day I picked up my car part of the repair detached and made my car undriveable. When I called the next morning I spoke with the repair manager explained what had happened and he drove over to my house to look at the repair and was able to remove the broken pieces to make it drivable for me and let me know he would order a new part for me which I was thankful for all though I am still waiting for the call to remix the repair

Only gave it a 6 because Matt tried to make all the stuff that was done wrong (almost everything) , he tried to make it right. But so much was done unprofessionally that couldn't be made right.
