They made a complete mess of my backseat. Spilled oil and mouthwash on the leather. They offered to clean it but I cleaned it up myself. Also the tire is rubbing on my wheel well. They attempted to fix it once but it is still rubbing. Going to have to make another trip for them to try to fix it again.

My vehicle was brought in to have the passenger side doors repaired. It did take awhile to get parts in but I get that because the truck is a bit older. After a few weeks I was contacted saying my vehicle was done and ready but upon pickup it was a worse door and paint job than when I dropped it off and was chipped in paint in spots that were not originally damaged from the accident. So they kept my vehicle again and said it would be ready Saturday…this was Friday. Saturday comes and no call. Fast forward to Friday the following week, truck was then ready and picked up. After picking up my truck I realized the passenger window barely has enough power to roll up and my passenger side door speaker does not work at all, both issues that were not there when vehicle was dropped off. This will be stuff I will just repair on my own now out of my own pocket because I cannot go another week without my vehicle.

I was able to get in quick this was a plus. But a worse door than what was on there before was installed with chipped paint and dents. Had to leave my vehicle after initially being told it was ready. Said it would be ready next day but did not hear back until the following week. Now that I have my vehicle back the window barely rolls up and passenger speaker does not work. Both issues were never there before

Did an excellent job from communicating to the detail and everything in between. Can't tell the truck was even sideswiped. Just one minor thing, didn't know about the other nerf bar place in the truck.

Wife got hit while working in the parking lot Unfortunately a hit and run.😡 Working with my insurance They suggested caliber . caliber Did a excellent job. On my wife's car. Kept Us updated On The work. there was no surprises . I would recommend caliber to anybody Needing their car fixed .
