ALYSSA WAS SO GOOD! SHE WAS KIND AND UNDERSTANDING EVERY TIME I CALLED TO CHECK ON THE PROGRESS OF MY JEEP. MATT WAS ALWAYS QUICK TO ANSWER MY QUESTIONS AND VERY EMPATHETIC TO MY DISTRESS ABOUT EVERYTHING. I GOT MY JEEP BACK AND IT'S BEAUTIFUL. LIKE BRAND NEW. IT WAS EVEN CLEANED INSIDE AND OUT. SO TO THE GUYS THAT DID THE WORK THAT I DON'T HAVE NAMES FOR.... YOU ARE ALL AMAZING AND MADE ME FEEL LIKE I WAS IMPORTANT. THANK YOU DOESN'T COVER HOW I FEEL BUT IT'S ALL I HAVE. I APPRECIATE ALL OF YOU SO VERY MUCH.

About 10 minutes after picking up my car found first problem - cruise control doesn't work. Also, have question about wheel alignment- one number is slightly out of spec, I'll check with LesSchwab to see if it can be adjusted.

It had NO dash warning lights when dropped off. Air bag and traction control both serious drivability issues are now both on.And front end alignment car now pulls to the right. They have promised to fix it, so we shall see.
