First I would like to say the staff was very professional and friendly and very upfront with the repair that was done on my vehicle the color matching of the vehicle was perfect the amount of time was less then quoted in the amount was very acceptable I recommend caliber collision to anyone that wants an expert repair done on your vehicle

Vehicle in the shop a total of 9 WEEKS. 5 weeks the first time, 4 weeks the second time. Second time due to one whole side neglected/not touched, plus paint runs, obvious paint over of chips in paint, dents, etc. Second time, one small area repaired, pin stripes not even, 3 dents Still in the hood (supposed to be repaired and weren’t), large paint runs Still on front clip. Do not have the resources to be without my vehicle anymore, so I took possession, and will have to have another shop fix what was not

We agreed on waiting for the parts to arrive before they asked for the car. They did just that. It allowed me to plan better. The last company took my car for two weeks.
