From start to finish, I appreciate the fact Caliber Collision truly cares about their customers. Stewart explained the process from estimate, sent text updates, and gave a tentative completion date. To my surprise, it was done a week early! Along the way when I did call the shop, everyone there was very pleasant to speak with, answered questions that I had and made me feel at ease, knowing my vehicle was well taken care of. Thank you for making this process easier…keep up the great customer service!!

From start to finish, Caliber Collision did an outstanding job! Stewart was courteous and helpful throughout the process. From the estimate to drop-off date, then arranging for Enterprise Rental to "pick me up" was a big help. Receiving text messages updating me how things were coming along was also a plus! I'd like to also mention EVERYONE there is pleasant to speak with...excellent customer service. And another plus, my vehicle was completed a week in advance!

The staff at the Payette, I’d store were amazing! Not only was the service spot on but during the whole process they kept me informed of every step. I was able to know almost to the hour of when it would be completed so I could schedule the return of the rental car. I hope I never need to have body work done again but if so I will go no where else but Payette Caliber Collision!
