The work done is amazing. The person handling my claim was great, courteous & beyond helpful. The only thing that would have made the experience better is if I would have gotten updates that gave me a better estimate of when to expect to pick up my car. Ryan and the team did an awesome job at keeping me up to date on each step of the process. I was receiving texts daily telling me which step they were on. This was very comforting to me and made me actually feel involved and like they care as much as I do. They definitely made a major inconvenience a lot better and easier to deal with. Payton was professional and a great communicator. However, when I drove off I noticed that my dashcam had been removed and broken off of it's connector, furthermore about a mile down the road I turned on the windshield wiper and the driver side had been disconnected from it's arm. I was able to fix both, but shouldn't have had to.
