The service was excellent. My car looks beautiful and my concern was actually taken seriously! Tyler and Stephanie kept me updated the whole entire time and I was not treated like a number -I hope I don’t have to return , but if I ever do, I would certainly choose caliber again!

I would recommend the West OC location but would never recommend the Pocomoke location based on their customer service.

I was told I would receive updates via text which did not happen. I had to call to receive any update on the status of my car.
