Following my recent accident I took my Toyota Rav4 to Caliber Collision in Berlin Md. for repairs. Due to a significant backlog of vehicles awaiting repair it would have taken some weeks to repair my vehicle, however after discussing with the staff that I needed my vehicle and couldn't wait that long as this is my only transportation they arranged for it to go to another location in Pocomoke Md. The staff was really nice and understanding and went above and beyond to meet my needs, and I was informed from the time my vehicle was dropped off until the time it was picked up as to what was going on.
